Accommodation

	The Lodge, originally the stone-built Coach House of Whitton Grange, has been converted and entirely modernised to provide a delightful family holiday home.
In 2002 the Lodge was comprehensively refurbished with a new kitchen, new bathroom, (with separate shower), new floorings and redecorated throughout.

For the sake of subsequent visitors we respectfully request, that the LODGE is a NON-SMOKING area at all times.

Wireless internet access is available.

There is gas central heating throughout the property.

The Lodge has Gas And Electricity Certificates and has been inspected for New Fire Regulations.

Children are welcome and, if required, a high-chair and a cot can be arranged. Please advise us before you arrive.

Domestic assistance may be available, if desired, by arrangement.

The Lodge comprises:

	On the ground floor a large sitting room with a dining area, colour television and video.
There is a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, electric and micro-wave oven and a breakfast table and chairs.		Also, downstairs there is a WC and a storage area with a plumbed-in washing machine.
Cleaning materials are provided.

	Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms (2 twins and one double) and a spacious warm bathroom & WC. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Parking for several cars is on hard standing in the stable-yard within the grounds.

There is a large lawn to the east behind the stable yard which you may use for ball games or sun-bathing.

You are welcome to explore and enjoy all the newly restored gardens of the Grange by arrangement with the owners.
